The Creekside Apartment Homes are comprised of 380, class A, multi-family apartment homes with supporting amenities. The project was split into two phases. Phase I opened September 2015 with 248 units, and Phase II broke ground with 132 units in the Fall of 2017. The project includes two and three story garden style apartment buildings. Wood frame construction was used along with fiber cement siding and brick and a gable roof system with composition shingle roofs. Amenities include a well-appointed clubhouse, gated access, 24-hour fitness center, business center, game/media room, attached and detached garages, resort style pool, cyber lounge, car wash, pet park, mail kiosk, recycling station, outdoor grilling areas and an outdoor fireplace.

The remainder of the community will provide for sale options for new owners and residents. A commercial corner located at the corner of Graf and 19th will provide neighborhood commercial services to support the SRX community and surrounding neighborhoods.
