Icon Apartments at Hardin Valley will be comprised of class A, multi-family apartment homes and are currently under construction. They will begin leasing Q2 of 2021. This project will include three and four story, garden-style, apartment buildings. Wood frame construction will be used along with fiber cement siding and brick, and a gable roof system with composition shingle roofs.

Phase I opened September 2015 with 248 units, and Phase II broke ground with 132 units in the Fall of 2017. The project includes two and three story garden style apartment buildings. Wood frame construction was used along with fiber cement siding and brick and a gable roof system with composition shingle roofs.
