NWX Apartments will be a highly amenitized, multi-family luxury apartment complex. The project will include two and three story garden style apartments, with an 11,500 square foot clubhouse. Construction commenced in Q1 of 2023. Leasing begins Q1 of 2024.

Project Overview

The AC Hotel by Marriott, Coeur d’Alene will include 131 guest rooms, serving the downtown area. The custom hotel will include a rooftop patio bar, dining area, underground parking, fitness center, as well as other amenities. The hotel is scheduled to break ground Q3 2024.

Project Overview

The Springhill Suites by Marriott Sandpoint opened February 2024. It is a 97 guest room hotel serving Sandpoint, Ponderay, Schweitzer Mountain, and the surrounding areas. The hotel provides custom interior and exterior finishes, spectacular mountain views, a modern lounge and outside patio area, indoor pool and spa, a large fitness center, as well as various other amenities. The spacious guest suites and amenities will enrich guests’ travel while enjoying all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Jake Ehresmann

Jake Ehresmann oversees the design, development, and the construction of hotels, mixed use buildings, multifamily communities, and master-planned community projects from concept to opening for Providence Development.  Prior to joining Providence, Jake enjoyed a 15-year career managing construction of projects ranging from high-end custom residential homes, multi-family, hospitality, and healthcare.  Jake has a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University in Construction Engineering and Technology with accreditations in Storm Water Pollution, LEED AP, BD+C, and Building Information Modeling.

Parker Lange

Parker Lange is the development manager for Providence Development providing comprehensive project management from site selection and concept design to land use entitlement/permitting. Parker brings experience ranging from multi-family brokerage to development management of a wide range of commercial and residential projects through feasibility, entitlements, permitting and design. He works closely with all stakeholders in every step of the process to ensure project success from concept to opening.  Parker has his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in Business Finance and Economics, along with his Real Estate Certification.

Jakim Ricketts

Jakim Ricketts is the Portfolio Associate for Providence Development providing supporting expertise on portfolio financials, investor relations, and credit management. Jakim holds a bachelor’s in Finance from Tabor College and master’s degree in Business Innovation and Management from Montana State University. In his free time, Jakim enjoys hunting, fishing, and backpacking around Montana. 

Gabby Klein

Gabby Klein is the Project Assistant for Providence Development. Following her Valedictorian graduation, Gabby embarked on a journey pursuing a major in Business Administration with a concentration on Real Estate Finance and a minor in Real Property Development at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Gabby’s educational background and previous internship experience contributes to her understanding of Financial & Managerial Accounting, Real Property Development, Legal Responsibilities of Businesses and Business Statistics. Gabby has earned the distinction of being on the Dean’s List for six quarters and proudly serves as the Vice President of the Real Estate Club at Cal Poly. In her free time, you will find Gabby outdoors hiking, skiing, surfing or playing sports.

Wendy Benge

Wendy Benge is the executive assistant and office administrator for Providence Development. Prior to joining Providence, Wendy enjoyed a 12-year career in hospitality and project management. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University, is Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In her free time, Wendy enjoys Montana with her two husky puppies.
