The Courtyard by Marriott in Bozeman opened September 2023. It is a 117-room, extended stay hotel property. It is located on the northwest side of Bozeman and sit adjacent to the existing SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

Icon Apartments at Hardin Valley is comprised of 417 class-A, multi-family apartment homes. This development includes three and four story, garden-style, apartment buildings. Wood frame construction is used along with fiber cement siding and brick, and a gable roof system with composition shingle roofs.

The Creekside Apartment Homes consist of 380 Class A multi-family units with extensive amenities. The project unfolded in two phases: Phase I opened in September 2015 with 248 units, and Phase II broke ground in Fall 2017, adding 132 units. The development features two- and three-story garden-style buildings constructed with wood frames, fiber cement siding, brick, and gable roofs with composition shingles. Residents enjoy a well-appointed clubhouse, gated access, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, a game/media room, attached and detached garages, a resort-style pool, a cyber lounge, a car wash, a pet park, a mail kiosk, a recycling station, outdoor grilling areas, and an outdoor fireplace.

The hotel includes custom interior and exterior finishes, spectacular views of the Bridger Mountains, a modern lounge and patio area, pool and spa, a large fitness center, as well as various other amenities. The modern, spacious suites will enrich our guest’s travel at a great value.

The Residence Inn by Marriott opened July 1, 2021 with 104 guest rooms. Located in downtown Bozeman on historic Main Street just steps from shopping, restaurants, and galleries. The hotel is near Montana State University and the Museum of the Rockies and also a convenient home base for outdoor enthusiasts visiting top attractions including Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky Ski Resort and Bridger Bowl. The extended stay hotel in Bozeman offers modern suites with full kitchens and spacious living areas with access to Netflix, Hulu and YouTube streaming services and complimentary WiFi throughout.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton opened Q2 2020. It is located within the Northfield Stapleton District of Denver which offers retail shopping, entertainment and dining. The Home2 Suites is in close proximity to downtown Denver and the Denver International Airport.
The Element Hotel located in Tukwila, Washington opened June 16, 2021. It is located within the Westfield Southcenter district which offers nearby retail shopping, a variety of dining options, entertainment and recreation. The Element includes custom interior finishes that provide a modern and Pacific Northwest feel.

The Icon Apartments at Ferguson Farm are highly amenitized, class A, multi-family luxury apartment homes. They began leasing in the summer of 2020. This housing project includes two and three story garden style apartment buildings.
